We have a fantastic opportunity for a Software Sales Executive to come and join an outstanding Global Technology Business. Working amongst a great team where you will be given extensive software training, a large bank of spending accounts and some great tools to really excel in your role.
Reporting in to a passionate and hardworking General Manager who gets great results from his team, you will be accountable for executing business growth plans for a great software product throughout Australia and New Zealand. It will be your job to generate and win new business through developing existing customers accounts, increasing revenue and sales conversion rates measured against target and budget.
Your responsibilities will include:

Handling web leads, inbound calls, enquiries and generating additional revenue via phone and email

Meeting and exceeding monthly sales key performance indicators such as, number of new customer contacts, number of lead conversions and number of closed sales

Qualifying and understanding all opportunities effectively

Up-selling to new customers to find additional opportunities
-
Proactively handling all sales enquiries to maximise customer retention

Have an understanding of the customer buying process

Overcoming objections
-
Working through the entire selling process including qualification, questioning, negotiating and closing deals

Successfully converting new leads into customers

Maintaining up to date records on the company’s CRM system (SalesForce.com/Hubspot CRM)

Ensure the customer journey is as smooth as possible from trialling our services to buying them
