We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager. It would be brilliant if you come from a SaaS background, however we are open minded to most industries. You will be responsible for leading the Product Marketing function, delivering customer research and go-to-market strategies within a Global technology business, working across the full product portfolio.
As a Product Marketing Manager your day to day duties will include:
- Understanding the market, researching markets, gaining an understanding of sources of industry and market data as well as seeking out industry reports, articles and attend relevant events
- Understanding customer needs, clearly articulate customer problems in your markets (by industry) and how the products solve them
- Competitor analysis, understand the competitive landscape and clearly articulate the USPs and those of competitors as well as tracking and analysing competitive pricing and feature gaps
- Go to market and commercial planning, guiding the quarterly Sales & marketing plan through identification of target sectors/ industries and market problems/ use cases for each territory. You will also be expected to coordinate the Marketing and Sales campaigns, Sales training, and Product Marketing activity to support revenue generation
- Pricing, set product pricing, based on thorough market analysis, and develop pricing strategy for each product
- Product Positioning, provide product specification and pricing guides to support go-to-market activities
- Line manage Product Owner and Product Analyst, coaching and developing your team, ensuring clear objectives aligned to business objectives and focused development plans to support succession planning

- Strong line management experience
