    Marketing Campaign Manager - Nottingham

    Role: Marketing Campaign Manager - Multi Channel

    Location: Nottingham

    Hybrid role: 3 days in the state of the art - newly refurbished office, 2 days from home (unless you would like to work from the office 5 days a week).

    We are recruiting for a passionate, creative and commercially-aware individual.  You will be extremely instrumental (and have experience) in bringing brands to life across a range of promotional and non-promotional campaigns, brochures and other customer-facing collateral.  

     

    We are looking for somebody that is an exceptional planner, who is great at putting together briefs, as well as writing copy tailored to specific audiences and media.  You will thrive in working in a very fast paced environment, where output is high and you will be managing huge marketing budgets.  

     

    Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, you will effectively manage promotional campaigns - you will generate the promotional brief and work with a team of copywriters and designers to deliver the required lead generation collateral.  This includes direct response TV adverts, Royal Mail leaflets, Home Interest and National Press inserts, mail order adverts, promotional emails and website banner copy for each individual campaign.  

     

    You will also run non-promotional campaigns, collaborations and influencer projects throughout the year, which you will be required to input into, steer or manage as required.   

     

    Alongside the above you will also be responsible for the development and the delivery of the full suite of customer-facing brochures which are updated every 6-12 months in line with product launch activities.  You will need to brief and manage the creative process, liaise with the Social and Content teams to ensure influencer and collaborator campaigns are optimised, share and obtain sign-off from key stakeholders, forecast print volumes and oversee the print process.

     

    And that is not all - you will also be working closely with the Product and Marketing teams, you will be required to plan and deliver all product launch campaigns.  You will meticulously plan and coordinate all marketing launch activity from up to 18 months out and ensure it is optimised for maximum exposure and traction - supporting the product team with all marketing materials required for the launch, including technical brochures/books and ad hoc collateral. 

     

    This role obviously requires somebody extremely creative, however it is equally important that this individual can work really well under pressure, has great organisational skills but equally is confident and good at keeping their eye on the budget, can forecast well and is very analytical.  We are looking for extensive experience in a similar role with proven ability to manage and deliver marketing communications.
